Received a faulty item?

We're really sorry to hear this! In the unlikely event that you've received a faulty item, please get in touch with our support team (Support@EssentialActivewear.com) who will get this sorted for you.

Need to return something?

Let’s face it, returns can be a bit of a nuisance. You’ve ordered something, and now you’ve got to send it back. Yawn. But don’t panic, here at Essential Activewear we’ve worked hard to ensure this process is as seamless as possible. Please contact Support@EssentialActivewear.com with your order number, name, and reason for your return. They will be happy to assist you in the process!

Essential Activewear Return Policy 

  • Something not right? No problem. Let us know and we’ll get it straightened out.
  • Essential Activewear does not currently offer exchanges - just refunds!
  • Item(s) must be unworn & unwashed. You know what we mean guys; keep it free of stains and signs of wear. All labels must still be attached to return the goods.
  • All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken.
  • You have 30 days from the date you received your items to make a return.
  • Returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee per item  

Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one. Combining orders will slow down the refund process!

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If orders are not signed for and marked "return to sender" a shipping fee may be taken from refund.

Buyer will pay for the return shipping.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Refunds will take 1-3 business days to appear back in the account.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@essentialactivewear.com.

Our company is not responsible for any charges made buy your country's customs agency. Before placing the order please make sure you understand how customs in your country works. Depending on the product, we will be shipping from US, UK or China.

Please make sure you've read and understand our Shipping Policy. By shopping at Essential Activewear you agree you've read the Shipping Policy. You cannot apply for a refund if your product is on the way. Some times delivery times may exceed our initial estimation due to customs, delayed logistics, high demand and/or proximity to special days.

If your parcel is delayed, please contact us so we can track it for you. If we receive notice from our courier that the product is lost or is being sent back to us, we will send a new item or refund the amount.

If the product couldn't be delivered due to an incomplete or wrong address, refund will not be available. If that's the case we commit to send it again after having a confirmation that the address is correct. If delivery fails a second time we won't try a third, and refund will not apply.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded and are final sale.

INCORRECT SIZING

We unfortunately do not offer refunds for the customer choosing the wrong size, only if the item is damaged or defective. Please follow the size charts provided carefully

FREE ITEMS

Free items can not be refunded or canceled - The reason for this is that your order goes straight to our warehouse and your order is shipped directly from there. 

If any FREE item is out of stock, you will be sent the closest possible like for like item.

Free Items may apply for shipping costs. Even if you pay a shipping fee, the item is under the FREE Items policy.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@essentialactivewear.com and we'll send you instructions on how to proceed. Free items do not apply for the exchange policy.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

SHIPPING

To return your product, you should contact support@essentialactivewear.com. We'll reply shortly with instructions on how to proceed according to the product you acquired (if the product meets our return policy).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
